Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Data Engineer for a remote position to design and implement scalable data architectures, ETL pipelines, and data warehouses that empower critical business decisions in the Real Estate & Construction space.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into durable technical solutions and improve data quality across the organization. The role requires 5-8 years of experience, strong SQL/T-SQL skills, and a passion for data reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and T-SQL programming.
• Experience with data/ETL pipelines and data warehouses.
• Expertise in data modeling and performance tuning on SQL Server and NoSQL databases.
• Strong analytical skills for large data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Data Engineer (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will be instrumental in building and improving the data foundations that support critical business operations and decision-making. You will design and deliver scalable data architectures, ETL pipelines, and data warehouse solutions that improve reliability, performance, and access to trusted data. The position partners closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into durable technical solutions and to strengthen data quality across the organization.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $121,980 - $130,525 annually
