Who You Are (Qualifications)
- 4+ years of experience as an implementation delivery consultant or similar role
- Client‑facing experience with the ability to influence and manage expectations
- Critical thinking, analysis, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving expertise
- Ability to architect solutions based on customer requirements using Seismic capabilities
- Proficiency with the entire Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to initiate and manage relationships with customers at all levels
- Prior experience with SaaS a plus
- Knowledge of SQL a plus
- Versatile: consultant, business analyst, project manager
- Comfortable not always having all the answers, but knowing where or how to find them
- Strong sense of ownership and pride in all that you do
- Comfortable in dynamic environments with changing priorities
- Skilled at managing multiple responsibilities while striving to exceed expectations
What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)
- Consult with clients to understand and document their business and content‑related problems
- Leverage sales enablement best practices to guide clients through the implementation of a Seismic solution that addresses their challenges
- Drive scalable solutions with customers and provide thoughtful outcome‑driven recommendations
- Enable the organization for the change management required to drive successful outcomes
- Provide support and ongoing services for existing clients in accordance with SLAs
- Assist with conducting on‑site and virtual training with clients as needed
Location and Salary
Headquartered in San Diego with employees across the globe. The base salary range for this position is $93,000 – $127,900 USD, with eligibility for incentive plans in addition to base salary.
