Job description

We're looking for a Senior Solution Consultant

This role is Remote, United States

Senior Solution Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Solution Consultant responsible for working closely with Cornerstone’s Sales Team and RVPs. The goal is to attract new customers, retain, and expand existing customer relationships by matching our solutions to customer’s business needs. It is essential that each Senior Solution Consultant stays current on industry and product knowledge. Additionally, they are expected to collaborate with the broader team to share knowledge and best practices.

In this role you will...

  1. Mentor and guide other Solution Consultants
  2. Handle difficult customer situations
  3. Demonstrate product functionality and connect our value proposition
  4. Align with clients' needs, goals, and objectives
  5. Understand clients' business environments
  6. Communicate solutions clearly and accurately
  7. Transition accounts and communicate business requirements to project/implementation teams
  8. Stay aware of competitors' solutions and position ours effectively
  9. Assist with RFPs, RFIs, RFQs
  10. Share best practices with the Solution Consultant team
  11. Consider privacy and security obligations
  12. Take on additional responsibilities as needed

You’ve got what it takes if you have...

  • 5+ years of pre-sales experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Cornerstone or Saba Cloud
  • Minimum of 3 years pre-sales experience in a software company focusing on HCM and SaaS
  • Desired Skills: SaaS, Human Capital Management, Effective Communication, Solution/Consultative Selling, Team Player, Accountability, Salesforce.com, Enterprise Software, Customer Engagement, Talent/HRIS/CRM Management Systems
  • Strong presentation and product demonstration skills
  • Relationship-building expertise
  • Ability to translate product features into client value
  • Results-driven with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication, presentation, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with a dispersed team
