About The Role

Procurify is seeking a curious, quick-thinking, and engaging individual passionate about providing technical solutions to business challenges. You should have a knack for investigation and problem solving, motivated by delivering exceptional client experiences to help our customers achieve their best.

Everyone at Procurify is a team player. A significant part of this role involves collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams to present solutions to customers. We value entrepreneurial individuals willing to challenge the status quo and contribute to strategic objectives.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to understand complex clients and their needs
  • Deliver customized demonstrations to prospects, linking their challenges to Procurify’s value
  • Build trust as a “trusted advisor” to understand and address workflow questions
  • Conduct technical scoping for integrations and work with partners on custom solutions
  • Prepare clients for onboarding by creating collateral and setting expectations
  • Train and onboard new Solutions Consulting team members
  • Support ramp-up for new Sales and Customer Success team members
  • Perform other related duties as needed

Who We’re Looking For

  • 2-4 years in client-facing SaaS roles, ideally in fintech, accounting, or ERP
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience with software integrations, accounting, or procurement software
  • Curiosity and creativity to solve business process challenges
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with research skills for unknowns
  • Strong technical aptitude for software solutions, APIs, and integrations
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven customer-facing SaaS experience in roles like Sales, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Account Management
  • Experience with persuasive software demonstrations and customer discovery
