We're looking for a Senior Solution Consultant

This role is Remote, United States

Senior Solution Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Solution Consultant responsible for working closely with Cornerstone’s Sales Team and RVPs. The goal is to attract new customers, as well as retain and expand existing customer relationships by matching our solutions to customer’s business needs. It is essential that each Senior Solution Consultant stays current on industry and product knowledge. Additionally, they are expected to work with the broader team to share knowledge and best practices.

In this role, you will...

  • Mentor and guide other Solution Consultants
  • Handle challenging customer situations
  • Demonstrate product functionality and connect our value proposition
  • Align with clients' needs, goals, and objectives
  • Understand clients' business environments
  • Communicate solutions clearly and accurately
  • Transition accounts and communicate requirements to project teams
  • Stay aware of competitors' solutions and position effectively against them
  • Assist with RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
  • Share best practices with the Solution Consultant team
  • Consider privacy and security obligations
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed

You’ve got what it takes if you have...

  • 5+ years of pre-sales experience
  • Deep knowledge of Cornerstone or Saba Cloud
  • At least 3 years pre-sales experience in a software company focusing on HCM and SaaS
  • Desired skills include SaaS, Human Capital Management, Effective Communication, Solution Selling, Teamwork, Accountability, Salesforce.com, Enterprise Software, Customer Engagement, HRIS/CRM Systems
  • Strong presentation and product demonstration skills
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to translate product features into client value
  • Drive to achieve results with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with a dispersed team
