Job summary

Verizon is seeking a forward-thinking Solution Architect specialized in Customer Experience with deep expertise in Unified Communications and Voice Security. This role drives modernization of how we design and deliver solutions, leveraging AI and next-generation digital channels to achieve real business outcomes.

You will lead technical engagements, demonstrations, and cross-functional collaboration to grow revenue in Verizon's CX portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or four+ years of work experience.
Six+ years of relevant experience.
Four+ years in architecture design and implementation.
Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Sales Engineer in the Voice Security space.
Understanding of business and technical aspects across market segments and audiences.
Expertise in Voice Security (e.g. VIAA, SecureLogix).
Strong knowledge of cloud communications, telephony, SIP, IVR, omnichannel routing, workforce engagement, and CX design.

Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert in Voice Security technologies for stakeholders.
Translate customer requirements into end-to-end architectures and designs.
Lead designs through Peer Review, SOAR, DLM and related processes.
Create internal and external design documentation for selling motions and implementation handoffs.
Collaborate with Sales and account teams to shape sellable solutions.
Deliver live demonstrations and technical workshops to showcase capabilities.
Act as trusted advisor aligning solutions with business outcomes.
Maintain broad knowledge across the CX portfolio and core platforms.
