Job summary

Verizon is seeking a seasoned sales leader to cultivate relationships with senior executives at large global accounts in a mobile field role across the United States. You will drive tailored CX and UCaaS solutions, including AI-driven automation, and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closing.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of relevant experience, strong executive engagement skills, and a deep understanding of UC & CC landscapes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Eight or more years of relevant sales experience, including handling large global accounts.
Experience presenting compelling business cases to C-suite buyers and knowledge of CX/UCaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

Forge strong relationships with senior leaders and influencers within global accounts.
Evaluate gaps in customer communications workflows and agent performance.
Propose tailored solutions such as CCaaS (Genesys, Webex), UCaaS, and AI-driven automation to address business challenges.
Handle full sales cycle from discovery and solution architecture to closing and post-sale satisfaction.
Partner with internal resources and account teams to orchestrate complex, multinational deals.
