Job summary

Five Sigma Ltd. is seeking a Solution Architect to own the end-to-end design from pre-sales through delivery.

You will translate complex business and technical requirements into an implementation-ready solution, guiding enterprise engagements and aligning stakeholders before implementation begins. You will lead discovery workshops, map workflows to Five Sigma capabilities, and define integration architecture across REST, SOAP, GraphQL and Kafka.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in solution architecture, technical consulting or SaaS delivery.
• Experience with enterprise insurance or claims platforms preferred.
• Ability to map business processes to technical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the Solution Design Document from context to end-to-end flow.
• Lead discovery with stakeholders and translate requirements into architecture.
• Define integration architecture and non-functional posture (security, DR, SLA).
• Work with Sales and Delivery to validate technical fit and scope.
