Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a Client Solutions Architect.
- Experience in life insurance/annuity industry and insurance tech solutions.
- Experience building customer solutions using existing assets and alliances.
- Strong problem-solving skills with costing and technology-based solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer work streams across people, process, and technology.
- Design and deliver integrated solutions and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Drive project success, mitigate risks, and support technical implementation.
- Engage with Business Analysts and Delivery Leads to ensure client satisfaction.
