Qualifications

• Over 5 years of project management experience in insurtech or similar sectors.
• Strong leadership and communication; ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience delivering large-scale, high-risk projects on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of PM processes: planning, risk, time, financial, quality management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct project planning and manage execution from Initiating to go-live.
• Evaluate complex situations and identify viable customer solutions.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and report progress and issues.
• Ensure proper use of methodology, tools, and procedures.
• Analyse risk and establish contingency plans with responsibilities.
• Collaborate with client teams to understand requirements and workflow.
• Ensure timely completion and transition to support post-production.
• Plan end-user training and establish go-live support channels.
• Allocate resources across departments and manage multiple projects.
