Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Sr. Solution Architect to design scalable IT solutions for government pursuits and to mentor junior architects across teams. You will translate requirements into viable architectures, drive RFI/RFP responses, and align technical work with business objectives.

Lead high-priority initiatives, collaborate with capture managers, and ensure compliance and readiness for deployment in a fast-paced, multi-time-zone environment. US citizenship and security clearances may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of technical IT experience including solution development.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, extensible IT solutions.
• Lead and mentor architects and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and present solutions to stakeholders and customers.
• Support RFIs/RFPs/RFQ responses with architecture guidance.
