Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a senior solution architect to design scalable government IT solutions. You will lead strategic responses, guide cross‑functional teams, and ensure alignment with customer priorities and security requirements.

You will mentor architects, translate client needs into viable architectures, and collaborate with capture managers to shape opportunities pre‑RFP, while maintaining program integrity and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 10-12 years of relevant professional experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, extensible IT solutions for government pursuits.
• Lead RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs with technical whitepapers and architecture views.
• Mentor junior architects and guide cross‑team technical delivery.
• Collaborate with capture managers to shape opportunities pre‑RFP and ensure compliance.
