Job summary

Maximus seeks a Senior Solution Architect to design scalable, compliant IT solutions for government pursuits. You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor architects, and translate client requirements into viable architecture views, driving major initiatives across the organization.

The role requires deep government IT knowledge, strong estimation and pricing capabilities, and expert communication with executives and stakeholders. US citizenship and security clearances may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred?
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, extensible technology solutions.
• Present and demonstrate technology solutions to stakeholders.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure solution viability and cost realism.
• Lead and mentor architects; guide cross-functional teams.
