Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a senior Solution Architect to lead design and strategy for major government pursuits in the United States. You will drive solution architecture, work across cross-functional teams, and mentor junior staff to ensure compliant, scalable implementations.

You will collaborate with capture managers and customers to translate requirements into viable architectures, balancing innovation with cost realism and readiness for deployment across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required; 10–12 years of relevant professional experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• US Citizenship required for program requirements and ability to obtain security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, extensible solutions leveraging modern technologies.
• Lead solution design and strategy for high-priority government pursuits.
• Mentor junior architects and provide guidance across teams.
• Lead RFI, RFP, and RFQ responses, including whitepapers and concept development.
• Collaborate with capture managers to shape opportunities pre-RFP.
• Ensure solutions meet compliance requirements and align with customer needs.
