You will translate sales visions into actionable designs, guide deployments, and collaborate across Sales, Solution Engineering, Product/Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure scalable, high-impact outcomes. With 10+ years in ITSM/ESM/ITOM/ITAM and a strong focus on API integrations and architecture documentation, you will influence implementation

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in ITSM, ESM, ITOM, ITAM.
• Experience guiding customers in organization change management (OCM).
• 5+ years working with leaders to assess and manage technical risks at the highest levels.
• Ability to read complex situations and identify solutions benefiting customers and Freshworks.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior technical leader in the Americas FPS team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Engineering, Product/Engineering, Support and other Customer Success functions to improve internal process efficiencies toward improved customer adoption.
• During the Sales cycle, work with the Presales team to understand pain points and devise the best implementation approach.
• During Delivery, translate high-level sales designs into detailed design information for implementation.
