Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (required).
• Deep architecture background with at least ten years of experience spanning multiple architecture domains.
• Strong analytical and design thinking skills.
• Experience designing solutions in professional services or regulated environments.
• Experience in a product-centric or platform-based delivery model.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Optimize the practice’s technology stack and retire redundant legacy solutions.
• Develop understanding of objectives, processes, services, and data to guide architecture decisions.
• Design end-to-end scalable solutions for engagement lifecycle, delivery, workflows, reporting and analytics.
• Act as design authority, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and patterns.
• Define reusable solution patterns and reference architectures for consistency and scalability.
• Support full product lifecycle including roadmaps, enhancements, upgrades, and decommissioning decisions.
• Collaborate with Enterprise, Platform, and Foundational Architects on security, data, AI, and infrastructure standards.
• Advise Product Managers on architectural trade-offs between standard and customized capabilities.
• Represent the practice in architecture governance forums and align roadmaps with senior stakeholders.
