Job summary

Plante Moran is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to optimize the Management Consulting technology stack and define end-to-end architectures that enable scalable, compliant engagements. You will partner with product teams and architects to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and strategy.

You will lead design reviews, establish reusable patterns, and guide technology choices across cloud, security, data, and AI domains for professional services solutions.

Qualifications

• At least ten years of architecture experience across multiple domains.
• Experience with the Microsoft portfolio and integration across platforms.
• Ability to design end-to-end solutions for professional services environments.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern end-to-end solution architectures for management consulting offerings.
• Partner with Product Managers/Owners to balance standard capabilities with customization.
• Lead architecture governance forums to ensure enterprise alignment and sustainability.
• Develop reusable solution patterns and reference architectures across the practice.
• Support lifecycle from roadmap to decommissioning of practice solutions.
• Advise on security, data, AI, application, and infra standards across platforms.
