Job summary

o9 Solutions, Inc. seeks a Senior Solution Architect to lead end-to-end supply chain planning transformations for global enterprises. You will design and oversee complex data models, analytics, and platform configurations within the o9 platform, guiding teams across IT, business, and stakeholders.

You’ll apply advanced optimization, forecasting, and data integration techniques, mentor analysts, and ensure delivery of scalable solutions that drive measurable value for clients and the business.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing supply chain planning solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with planning systems and ERP tools.
• Lead full lifecycle of a supply chain planning implementation including requirements, design, development, UAT/SIT, go-live and value realization.
• Experience using agile methodologies for large enterprise deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to capture to-be processes.
• Document data requirements and source system mappings (ERP/PLM/databases).
• Oversee data collection from ERP, PLM, databases, Excel, emails, and other sources.
• Develop technical designs translating business requirements into platform designs.
• Mentor junior analysts and cross-functional team members.
