Job summary

o9 Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solution Strategist to lead complex supply chain planning initiatives. You will act as SME for business and data requirements, supervise data collection from ERP/PLM/databases, and ensure data accuracy and completeness.

You will guide the design and configuration of the o9 platform, mentor architects and analysts, and work with IT and business stakeholders to deliver on project milestones, training, and sign-offs across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with strong operations research, analytics or related fields.
• Experience in planning systems and exposure to ERP tools.
• 6+ years implementing supply chain planning solutions or in SCM/logistics.
• Experience leading full lifecycle implementations with cross-functional teams.
• Strong data analysis, modeling, and statistical skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and escalation resource for business/data requirements.
• Oversee data collection from ERP/PLM/databases, ensuring accuracy.
• Support PMs/CMs with capability listings and effort estimates.
• Lead technical design documentation and oversee Architects/Analysts.
• Configure o9 platform to solve deep operations/supply chain problems.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders for project execution.
• Plan and deliver Super User/End User training for global users.
• Track deliverables and secure stakeholder sign-off.
• Mentor Solution Architects, Analysts, and Technical staff.
