Job summary

o9 Solutions is seeking a Solution Strategist to lead complex supply chain planning projects for global clients. You will manage data requirements, design documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration across client teams, IT, and operations to ensure on‑time delivery and value realization.

You will mentor architects and analysts, drive best practices, and oversee tool configuration in the o9 platform while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years implementing supply chain planning solutions and experience leading full lifecycle implementations.
• Master’s or Bachelor degree with significant supply chain/analytics focus.
• Strong communication of complex topics and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and escalation resource for business/data requirements.
• Oversee data collection from ERP/PLM systems, databases and spreadsheets.
• Lead design documentation, and review work of architects and consultants.
• Plan, develop and deliver training for global users.
• Mentor Solution Architects, Analysts and Junior staff; ensure sign‑offs.
