o9 Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead requirements sessions and document data needs for enterprise planning. You will oversee data collection from ERP/PLM systems, craft technical designs aligned to business goals, and supervise architects and analysts to deliver robust datasets and models.

A hybrid role offers collaboration across regions and functions. You will mentor junior staff while applying advanced analytics and optimization techniques to generate time-series

Qualifications

• Experience implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in supply chain/logistics.
• Ability to present complex topics clearly and concisely.
• Experience with planning systems and ERP tools.
• Led a team through full lifecycle of supply chain planning implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead process and business requirements sessions with clients.
• Document data requirements for to-be processes (sales, inventory, logistics).
• Oversee data collection from ERP/PLM systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
• Support PMs/CMs with scope, timelines, and sign-offs.
• Lead technical design documentation translating business requirements to platform design.
• Oversee architects/consultants to build clear design and data models.
• Configure the o9 platform to solve deep operations challenges and monitor performance.
• Develop models and analytics to generate forecasts and operational plans.
