Job summary

o9 Solutions is a leader in AI-driven enterprise planning, seeking a Solution Strategist to drive end-to-end supply chain planning implementations. You will manage data gathering from ERP/PLM systems, lead technical design, and oversee configuration in the o9 platform to deliver measurable value for clients globally.

You will mentor multi-disciplinary teams, manage project scope and timelines, and deliver user training while ensuring adherence to o9 methodologies and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in supply chain/logistics.
• Ability to present complex topics clearly to varied audiences.
• Experience leading a full lifecycle implementation from requirements to go-live.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and escalation resource for business/data requirements.
• Oversee data collection from ERP/PLM systems, databases, Excel, emails, and more.
• Lead design documentation and review work of architects and consultants.
• Configure the o9 platform to solve operations/supply chain problems.
• Plan and deliver global end-user training and track sign-offs.
• Mentor Solution Architects, Analysts, and Technical staff.
