Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales experience or recently transitioned from Active-Duty Military.
• Experience in hospital and large account sales, handling sophisticated reimbursement issues, Medicare Part D, and detailed history of successful sales performance in a driven environment.
• Willingness to satisfy credentialing requirements, including TB tests, Hepatitis B vaccine, MMR, Varicella; annual background checks by Janssen Biotech, Inc.
• Residing in the geography or be willing to relocate to it.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill sales strategies by selling current and potential new oncology therapeutics.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of the product's clinical efficacy, articulate a value proposition for the customer, provide clinical support/information, and achieve sales objectives.
• Conduct business analysis, prospect for new business within assigned accounts and develop account strategies with District Manager.
• Develop customer-specific pre- and post-call plans with objectives and supporting materials.
• Penetrate new and current accounts to increase sales in the territory.
• Apply marketing tools and resources and use closing skills to move sales forward.
• Discuss reimbursement options to improve sales opportunities.
• Negotiate sales and close orders to meet sales objectives.
