Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Oncology Sales Specialist for the Albany, NY territory. This field-based role reports to a District Manager and focuses on selling solid tumor therapies with a strong emphasis on clinical and reimbursement knowledge.

You will engage key accounts, develop strategic plans, and deliver value-driven presentations to advance patient care while meeting sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel including overnights and weekends.
• 2+ years in pharmaceutical/biologic/medical device sales or recent military transition.
• Experience in hospital/large accounts and reimbursement issues.
• Able to pass credentialing and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Sell current and potential oncology therapeutics in the Albany, NY territory.
• Demonstrate clinical efficacy and provide information to customers to meet sales goals.
• Develop account strategies and penetration plans with District Manager.
• Create pre- and post-call plans with objectives and supporting materials.
• Discuss reimbursement options to enhance sales opportunities.
• Negotiate sales and close orders to achieve targets.
