Qualifications

• Requires 2-year technical degree or journeyman qualification.
• 3+ years as a PV O&M solar technician.
• 5+ years in a power plant with PV O&M or construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and operations for solar PV sites and substations.
• Handle corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance.
• Prepare switching and clearance orders.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards.
