Job summary

Solar Energy Solutions is seeking a Residential Sales Manager to oversee the administrative and operational side of the residential sales process from lead to close, ensuring an efficient workflow.

The role focuses on process development, lead management, contract preparation, and sales coordination, with responsibilities including training new sales representatives and maintaining cross‑functional communication to support customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of managerial or high-level administrative experience in sales operations.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Experience in renewable energy or construction industries preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee SES residential sales processes.
• Manage all residential leads and ensure timely follow-up.
• Prepare, review, and process sales contracts and documents.
• Collaborate with Marketing to support campaigns and execution.
• Coordinate with IT to identify automation opportunities.
• Oversee inside and outside residential sales reporting and pipeline management.
• Monitor and report on sales KPIs.
• Maintain communication between sales, operations, and management to ensure project accuracy and customer satisfaction.
