Job summary

Silicon Ranch Corporation seeks a Solar PV Operations and Maintenance Area Lead III for field operations across multiple Georgia sites. You will supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of PV systems, UPS, SCADA, substations, and MV/HV/OHE systems, while guiding a team to ensure safety and reliability.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in electrical trades, 1+ year in utility-scale solar O&M, and on-site management at NERC-regulated facilities (100 MW+).

Qualifications

• Advanced skills with computers and electronic equipment.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Working knowledge of NEC, NFPA70E, and OSHA standards.
• Valid Driver’s License Required.
• OSHA 30 (within 4 weeks of employment).
• CPR/BLS (within 4 weeks of employment).
• State electrical license or NABCEP certification desired.
• PV solar operations and maintenance experience.
• Experience supporting NERC-regulated facilities (100 MW+).

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform preventive maintenance on PV, UPS, SCADA, substation, and MV/HV/OHE systems.
• Lead corrective maintenance and respond to emergencies as directed.
• Log all work in the CMMS platform and perform electrical testing.
• Support predictive analytics, root cause analysis, and defect reports.
• Provide site access to third party contractors and train staff.
