Job summary

Silicon Ranch is seeking a Solar PV Operations and Maintenance Area Lead III to oversee field operations across Georgia sites. You will lead corrective and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex electrical systems, and ensure reliability of PV, UPS, SCADA, and MV/HV equipment.

The role requires on-site management experience at large NERC-regulated facilities (100 MW+), with 4+ years in electrical maintenance and 1+ year in utility-scale PV O&M.

Qualifications

• PV solar operations and maintenance experience required with on-site management of NERC-regulated facilities of 100 MW+.
• 4+ years in electrical trades or related maintenance; 1+ year in utility-scale PV O&M.
• Experience with MV/HV, IT systems, inverters, T&D, substations or similar systems is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive maintenance across PV, UPS, SCADA, substations, and MV/HV/OHE systems.
• Perform corrective maintenance and respond to emergency dispatches per directives.
• Log work in the CMMS system and support predictive analytics
• Assist in root cause analysis, SOPs, and maintenance scheduling
• Provide site access to contractors and mentor field staff
• Attend internal/external training and participate in management updates
