Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead utility-scale solar, BESS, and HV infrastructure projects in North America. You will oversee field personnel, coordinate civil and electrical works, and ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of construction management experience on large industrial projects, strong leadership, and proficiency with IFC drawings and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil, electrical engineering, or related field.
• 5–10 years of construction management experience on large commercial/multi-discipline projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead solar, BESS, and high-voltage construction from notice to proceed to acceptance.
• Oversee Superintendents; manage roads, foundations, electrical works, substations, solar arrays, and turbine erection.
• Coordinate all activities for project execution and maintain safety and quality programs.
• Support management to align with design, budget, and schedule.
• Advocate for site safety and quality control.
• Execute tasks with face-to-face communication to resolve issues.
