Job summary

Moss & Associates, LLC in Fort Lauderdale, FL, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead on-site operations for multiple projects. You will collaborate with owners, design partners, and subcontractors to ensure work meets quality, schedule, and budget while guiding project teams.

You will manage contracts, change orders, cash flow, safety programs, preconstruction activities, and client relationships. A bachelor’s degree and four years of GC experience are required; frequent site coordination

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
At least four years of GC experience as Assistant PM or PM.
Experience with cash flow analysis, cost tracking, and project finance.

Responsibilities

Lead on-site administration for multiple projects.
Coordinate with owners, design teams and subs to meet scope, schedule and budget.
Oversee contract administration, change control, and cost tracking.
Ensure safety programs, QA/QC, and site inspections.
Manage project teams and direct reports across sites.
Support preconstruction activities and coordination with design teams.
Oversee staffing, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
Maintain document control and reporting using CMiC.
