Energy Solutions is seeking a Solar Programs, Senior Project Manager - Consumer Protection (Compliance) to join the Distributed Energy Resources department. You will drive compliance in solar program requirements, draft disciplinary actions, and lead cross-department initiatives while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes analytical risk management, staff training, and collaboration across teams in a predominantly remote workforce with optional office locations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years' experience in compliance, consumer protection, regulatory or QA roles.
• Strong written communication and editing skills; staff training ability.
• Attention to detail and professional client interaction.
• Analytical problem-solving with risk management focus.
• Proficient in Office365, SharePoint, OneNote; Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate alleged program violations and draft mediations and disciplinary actions.
• Draft letters and ensure compliance with SOPs and client expectations.
• Train staff on new procedures and drive process improvements.
• Identify trends in consumer complaints and monitor corrective actions.
• Maintain client relationships and lead cross-department meetings.
