Job summary

Coral Reef Partners, a division of Keystone Clearwater Solutions, seeks a Senior Manager of EPC Business Compliance to lead regulatory compliance across our solar EPC projects in the United States. You will partner with Legal, Finance, Project Management, and Field Operations to safeguard government incentive eligibility and maintain high standards for operational and labor compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of compliance or payroll experience in construction, EPC, or renewable energy sectors.
• Deep knowledge of Davis‑Bacon Act, certified payroll, prevailing wage requirements, and IRA incentive structures.
• Proven success implementing compliance systems on large-scale solar or infrastructure projects.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills; attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal expert on IRA provisions including domestic content, prevailing wage, and apprenticeship mandates; track costs and workforce metrics to support tax credit eligibility.
• Oversee local permitting, environmental, and safety regulations; ensure Davis‑Bacon Act compliance and certified payroll reporting for solar construction sites.
