Join New Energy Equity as a Special Projects O&M Technician (Level 2) in Edina, Minnesota. Your role will involve advanced inspections and specialized project execution in solar energy systems, requiring up to 75% travel and flexibility to work outside regular hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of demonstrated experience working with electrical systems, especially in solar.
• OSHA 10-Hour certification required; OSHA 30-Hour preferred.
• Proven capability to read and interpret PV system as-builts and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced inspections and specialized project execution with minimal supervision.
• Oversee subcontracted labor and guide junior technicians on-site.
• Conduct comprehensive electrical inspections and conduct advanced preventative maintenance.
