Job summary

Invenergy LLC is seeking an O&M Manager for Hollis Creek Energy Center in Many, LA. You will oversee daily operations, develop maintenance procedures, and manage staff to meet safety and regulatory standards.

You will coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, control budgets, and perform QA checks while supporting solar facility reliability and performance. A technical background and leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• Supervisory/management experience required (minimum 6 months).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work nights during maintenance.
• Must be able to work outdoors and climb ladders; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of Hollis Creek Energy Center in a safe, compliant manner.
• Prepare operating and maintenance procedures; ensure compliance with regulations.
• Recruit, train and manage staff; prepare budgets and status reports.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers; procure parts and services.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and contractual responsibilities; QA checks.
