Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform and oversee maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of solar facilities. You will work to ensure safe operations, supervise technicians, and document site activities.

The role requires strong safety awareness, hands-on electrical and hydraulic/troubleshooting skills, and ability to work at remote sites in varying weather conditions. On-call availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training is a plus.
• OSHA 30 and NFPA 70e safety certifications required.
• Must pass exams on electrical schematics, troubleshooting, hydraulics/pneumatics.

Responsibilities

• Perform, direct, and supervise site maintenance, repair and troubleshooting.
• Ensure safe working environment per safety standards.
• Coordinate with management on repairs and new technology implementations.
• Train and supervise Solar Technician levels I-IV.
• Prepare documentation and reports for site operations.
