Job summary

The Empower Hub Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead full lifecycle solar EPC projects, from preconstruction through closeout. You will direct field execution, manage teams, and ensure safety, quality, cost, and schedule performance across projects.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years in commercial solar EPC, a construction degree, and strong skills in Procore and MS Project. Travel to job sites may be required in this role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial solar EPC project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent field experience.
• OSHA 30 required; PMP, NABCEP, or other construction certifications are a plus.
• Experience managing projects from preconstruction through final punch and turnover.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Procore, Microsoft Project, and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Preconstruction oversight: review drawings/specs and plan site execution.
• Construction execution: manage mobilization, inspections, and closeout with field teams.
• Cost & contract management: budgets, pay apps, change orders, variance reports.
• Field & team coordination: supervise managers/engineers, coordinate procurement.
• Compliance & closeout: ensure OSHA/NEC compliance and deliver turnover packages.
