Job summary

AES Corporation is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for utility-scale solar and battery storage projects. The role oversees on-site activities, coordinating with EPC contractors, safety teams, landowners, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

Responsibilities include leading project execution plans, managing on-site personnel, and maintaining strong communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; construction management knowledge is essential.
• OSHA 30 Certification required or achievable.
• Procore experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel is expected.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with safety department to prioritize safety goals.
• Represent AES Clean Energy values in all activities.
• Oversee site communication with landowners and EPC contractors.
• Manage on-site drone photo progress updates.
• Ensure QA/QC adherence and timely invoicing review.
• Lead project execution planning and kickoff meetings.
