AES Corporation seeks an on-site Construction Project Manager to lead utility-scale solar and battery energy storage projects. You will coordinate safety, EPCs, landowners, and project teams to meet schedules and budgets while upholding QA/QC standards.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in on-site solar/construction management, strong leadership, Procore proficiency, and excellent communication. Travel and on-site presence are required as part of the role.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science degree preferred (engineering/construction management)
• 5+ years of onsite utility-scale solar, battery storage, and/or substation construction management
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Word/Excel
• Willingness to travel and be on site 5 days a week
• Strong communication, leadership, and safety compliance skills

Responsabilidades

• Lead on-site construction management for utility-scale solar and BESS projects.
• Coordinate with safety, EPCs, landowners, and project teams to meet schedule and budget.
• Manage subcontractors, change orders, and documentation through closeout.
• Conduct daily/weekly safety walks and maintain QA/QC standards.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
