Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in software quality assurance and testing.
• Experience with automated test frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, pytest).
• Experience with testing full stack web apps (frontend, APIs, databases).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test strategies across frontend, backend, and data layers.
• Build and maintain automated testing frameworks and integrate into CI/CD.
• Ensure accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) and security testing per federal standards.
• Collaborate with developers, product, and UX to identify testability concerns.
• Document defects and report on testing coverage and quality metrics.
