Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum five years of relevant professional experience with a bachelor’s, or minimum three years with a master’s.
• Minimum three years’ hands-on test automation experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python with ability to architect scalable frameworks.
• Demonstrated technical leadership through leading cross-functional teams and driving projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, design and execution of test strategies to meet project goals and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate and prioritize test activities across projects and communicate objectives, timelines and deliverables.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior test engineers.
• Develop, track and present test metrics, progress and quality reports to senior management.
• Lead root cause analysis of test failures and drive continuous improvement with new tools and practices.
• Ensure traceability of test cases to requirements and represent the test team in audits and reviews.
