• Expert-level proficiency in Python with scalable frameworks and mentoring.
• Strong technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration and driving projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, design and execution of test strategies aligned with project goals and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate and prioritize test activities across projects and facilitate cross-functional communication.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Develop, track and present test metrics and quality reports to senior management.
• Lead root cause analysis of test failures and drive continuous improvement.
