Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, design and execution of test strategies to meet project goals and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate and prioritize test activities within projects and communicate objectives, timelines and deliverables.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to less experienced test engineers.
• Develop, track and present test metrics and quality reports to senior management.
• Lead root cause analysis of test failures and support continuous improvement by adopting new tools/practices.
• Ensure traceability of test cases to requirements and regulatory compliance.
