Job summary

Lucid Motors USA, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Software Quality Operations Engineer to drive end-to-end software quality across vehicle programs.

You will lead issue triage, governance, and release-readiness, coordinating with Eng, Validation, PM, Product Quality, Service, Manufacturing, and Cybersecurity teams. This role requires strong knowledge of development and validation processes, disciplined program execution, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams while delivering timely insights

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
8+ years of software quality, quality operations, or related disciplines.
5+ years in cross-functional issue resolution, quality reporting, and governance.
Strong understanding of software development, validation, release processes, and defect management.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, dashboards, KPI reporting, and project-tracking tools.

Responsibilities

Lead software issue triage, prioritization, and tracking across vehicle domains and releases.
Coordinate root-cause analysis and corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
Own issue review processes with clear visibility into risks and blockers.
Monitor defect backlog health, aging, and escalation of quality concerns.
Facilitate software quality review meetings and governance across programs.
