Job summary

Lucid is seeking a Sr. Software Quality Operations Engineer to drive end-to-end software quality across vehicle programs. You will lead issue triage, governance, risk reporting, and release-readiness, coordinating with Engineering, Validation, PM, Product Quality, Service, Manufacturing, and Safety teams.

The role requires strong knowledge of software development and validation processes, disciplined program execution, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams toward quality milestones.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software quality or related fields.
• 5+ years coordinating cross-functional issue resolution and quality reporting.
• Strong understanding of software development, validation, release processes, and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Lead software issue triage, prioritization, and tracking across vehicle domains and software releases.
• Drive cross-functional coordination for root-cause analysis, corrective actions, validation, and closure.
• Maintain software quality dashboards and governance for visibility to leadership.
