Job summary

Lucid Motors USA, Inc. is seeking a Sr. SW Quality Vehicle Operation and Validation Project Manager in California. You will own the California assessment fleet, lead daily quality assessment execution, and coordinate validation activities across software quality and vehicle teams.

The role requires hands-on vehicle operations, OTA/build management, and strong cross-functional coordination to ensure timely release readiness and robust validation support.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in vehicle operations, fleet coordination, software quality validation, test operations, or related automotive product quality roles.
• Strong understanding of vehicle readiness, fleet utilization, software build deployment, OTA update control, and configuration tracking in an automotive engineering environment.
• Experience coordinating vehicle testing or assessment execution, including driver scheduling, issue reproduction support, log collection, and engineering triage inputs.
• Familiarity with repair coordination, maintenance planning, parts replacement, and vehicle downtime management for assessment or engineering fleets.

Responsibilities

• Lead fleet readiness and vehicle operations for California assessment fleet
• Own OTA and build control across the assessment fleet
• Coordinate validation support including issue reproduction and log collection
• Manage fleet logistics, driver scheduling, and assessment execution
• Collaborate with Software Quality, Digital Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, and Service teams to align priorities
