Job summary

RTX is seeking an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Program Lead for Patriot Software and Training Devices. You will oversee strategy, execution, development and delivery of software and training devices scope, ensuring quality, timeliness and cost efficiency across contracts.

The role requires leadership of IPTs, collaboration with CPTs and external parties, and management of cost, schedules, and staffing projections. Onsite in Huntsville, AL with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing cost, schedule and execution for technical projects.
• Experience leading or contributing to proposals, incl. BOEs and leadership reviews.
• Active and transferable Secret U.S. government security clearance before start date.
• U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Own cost, schedule and execution for Patriot Software and Training Devices scope on assigned programs.
• Lead development and reporting of proposal costing efforts.
• Mentor and guide team leads and engineers within the Patriot Software and Training Devices team.
• Collaborate across functions and engineering disciplines regularly.
• Travel as required to meet programmatic objectives; frequent travel between Raytheon sites.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
