Job summary

Raytheon Technologies in the United States seeks a skilled Integrated Product Team (IPT) Program Lead for Patriot Software and Training Devices. You will oversee strategy, execution, development and delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness and cost efficiency across contracts and budgets.

You will collaborate with program management, chief engineer offices, IPTs, CPTs and external parties; manage costs, schedules and staffing, and drive monthly metrics. Onsite in MA/AL with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• STEM degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing cost, schedule and execution for technical programs.
• Experience leading or contributing to proposals and cost reviews.
• Active and transferable Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule and execution for Patriot Software and Training Devices scope for assigned programs.
• Lead development and reporting of proposal costing efforts.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team leaders and engineers within the Patriot Software and Training Devices team.
• Collaborate regularly across functions and engineering disciplines.
• Travel as required to meet programmatic objectives; regular travel between Raytheon locations; occasional international travel.
