AquaPhoenix Scientific is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Software to drive product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of software offerings. You will partner with Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate customer insights into valuable software solutions.

This remote role supports CST/EST time zones with some travel and US-only work authorization. You will own discovery, design, backlog, and release readiness, coordinating pilots, release notes, and customer

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT/Engineering
5+ years in product management, esp. B2B SaaS
Experience turning customer insights into software solutions
Proficient in Figma; capable of creating wireframes and flows
Strong discovery, usability testing, and cross-functional collaboration
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

Lead customer discovery, interviews, and usability studies to shape the roadmap.
Create wireframes and user flows across web, tablet, and mobile.
Own backlog, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria with QA alignment.
Coordinate pilots, release notes, and customer communications.
Manage mobile app release processes (App Store Connect, Google Play).
Support GTM, pricing decisions, and post-launch measurement.
