Job summary

MSD seeks a Senior Product Manager of Software Solutions to define and manage the roadmap for our software offerings across analytical platforms. You will own the full lifecycle from concept to launch, adoption, and sunset, working with cross-functional teams in the field.

You will build customer insights, develop requirements, create business cases, support training, and drive lifecycle decisions while partnering with sales, QA/RA, and engineering to deliver industry-leading software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a life science, computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum of seven years in product management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product line strategy.
• Prioritize features with engineering to balance value, timeline, and cost.
• Define integrated software solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Create business cases for new offerings and portfolio expansion.
• Lead market research and voice of customer to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with field-based teams to capture customer feedback.
• Manage feature requests and lifecycle decisions from concept to end-of-life.
