Qualifications

• 5+ years in software packaging or deployment roles, including escalation lead experience.
• Expertise packaging for Windows (Windows 11) and working knowledge of macOS packaging.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and packaging automation patterns.
• Experience coordinating with app owners and infrastructure teams for upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Package, test, and deliver Windows and macOS applications for enterprise deployment.
• Own packaging from intake to production: requirements gathering, repackaging, testing, deployment readiness.
• Serve as lead/escalation point; mentor junior packagers and improve playbooks.
• Diagnose complex install/runtime issues; drive root-cause fixes with vendors.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, security, and stakeholders for smooth releases.
• Improve automation/orchestration for packaging pipelines; AI-enabled workflows.
